Meet the Fellows

Each new class of Illinois Agricultural Leadership Fellows carries forward a proud legacy nearly half a century in the making. Since 1981, the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation (IALF) has prepared more than 650 leaders to strengthen agriculture, serve their communities, and represent Illinois on the national and global stage. Our alumni lead cooperatives and corporations, advocate for policy, guide family farms, and drive innovation across every sector of the food system.

The IALF experience is designed to stretch perspectives, build influence, and deepen understanding of the systems that shape our world. Through immersive seminars and real-world engagement, Fellows explore leadership at every level, from the local to the global, from the boardroom to the field.

IALF Class of 2027

The IALF Class of 2027 represents the next generation of agricultural leadership in Illinois. They come from across the state and across the agricultural value chain, united by a shared commitment to learning, service, and impact. Over the next two years, they will take part in experiences that challenge assumptions, expand networks, and forge lifelong connections.
