Leaders Serving Leaders 

The IALF Alumni Committee is made up of graduates who are passionate about giving back and helping shape the future of the Foundation.

This volunteer-led group plays a key role in strengthening alumni engagement, supporting current program participants, and building a vibrant network of ag leaders across Illinois and beyond. 

 

What the Committee Does 

• Develops opportunities for alumni to stay involved and connected 

• Supports ongoing leadership development beyond the program 

• Assists with alumni events, communications, and recognition 

• Provides feedback and insight to help strengthen IALF’s alumni strategy
