For over four decades, the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program (IALP) has cultivated a distinguished network of leaders dedicated to strengthening agriculture, agribusiness, and rural communities. Each class represents a unique chapter in that legacy, made up of individuals selected for their leadership potential, commitment to service, and vision for the future of Illinois agriculture.
