What is the Master Class
The future of agriculture will be shaped by leaders who are willing to step up, engage, and take action.

The Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation (IALF) Master Class is a one-day, high-impact leadership experience designed to bring together alumni, current participants, and industry leaders.

This is not a traditional conference. The Master Class is built around interactive, alumni-led workshops that explore the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing agriculture and rural communities today.

Sessions are designed to move beyond awareness and into action, challenging participants to consider not just what’s happening in agriculture, but the role they will play in shaping what comes next.
