The Board of Directors of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and innovative person to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Foundation to enhance the organization’s thirty-five years of success.
Key responsibilities of this position include overall management and leadership of the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors and staff in developing and implementing the 19-month leadership education program, working with alumni to maintain connections with and support of the Foundation, and developing and maintaining overall financial support for the organization.
Qualifications include a demonstrated expertise and success in fund raising, proven management/leadership skills, comprehensive understanding of leadership and its development, the ability to identify, network, and work with individuals as well as national and international organizations, the ability to travel extensively, ability to obtain necessary visas, and have a broad understanding of agriculture and business.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus experience in public relations, program development, and fund raising.
