Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation Third Annual Golf Classic

    
     Agriculture is a dynamic and ever-changing industry.  Times of uncertainty and rapid economic, political, technological, and social change provide challenges and opportunities.  Illinois, a leader in our nation's agricultural industry, relies on its most important assets -- the human resource -- to strengthen this vital sector in Illinois and throughout the U. S.  As one of the premier leadership programs in the U.S., the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation (IALF) has provided for and strengthened this leadership since its founding in 1981.  The IALF is committed to providing its participants with the necessary experiences and education to succeed in leading the agricultural industry into the 21st century.  The IALF's mission - To Develop knowledgeable and effective spokespersons to become policy and decision makers for the agricultural industry - is noticeably evident i the graduates of this program.  The IALF has served approximately 300 men and women from every region of Illinois and from every facet of Illinois agriculture.
